Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final only when the system successfully records it and issues a confirmation message. Bets that are not completed due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 What Happens When an Event Is Cancelled

If a sports event is cancelled before it starts or during play and is not rescheduled, all bets placed on that event will be voided. If the event is rescheduled, a decision will be made on whether bets remain active in accordance with 2777 bd policy.

6.3 Game Errors & Technical Issues
